The following errors have been identified in this article [1].
1. In the Abstract, Results section, first line, and in the first sentence of the Results section, the total potential responses should read ‘694’ and not ‘679’.
The sentence in both sections should read:
Of a potential 694 respondents, 441 responses were received, of which 311 (response rate of 44.8%) had fully completed the survey across 23 participant sites.
2. In Table 1, published online as Supplementary Digital Content at https://links.lww.com/EJEM/A380, under Age of respondents, in the age range 25-35, the N (%) should read ‘193 (62)’, not ‘192 (62)’. There should also be an additional row, under Female, with text ‘Prefer not to say’ and N (%) of ‘2 (0.6)’.
